Well I have a hacked slim psp running a custom firmware (I forget which one...) and it is very cool! Running emulators and homebrew games on it is the best! I used the Pandora battery and magic memory stick method.

You can use the magic memory stick like a normal memory stick. Still I formated the memory stick to normal just in case.

Yea. You should. The prices on memory sticks are dropping kinda fast. So you should get a memory stick.
